After six wonderful years, support for TotalMD ’13 (and all prior software versions) ends December 31, 2019. Beginning January 1, 2020 we will no longer provide updates or technical support for TotalMD ’13 and older versions of the software.
It is important that customers and partners understand the benefits and the risks of the following options:
Option #1: Switch to the Cloud
When you switch to the cloud, you'll be on the latest version of the software and you'll receive free technical support. Packages start at just $99/month. Option #2: Take Advantage of the All Access Pass
The All Access Pass is an amazing way to get everything you need or want at a hugely discounted price.

Option #3: Do Nothing
Staying on your current version is always an option but it is probably not in the best interest of your practice. If you make this your choice, it means that the TotalMD support department will have limitations to help with your software after December 31, 2019.
We know that as your practice management software, TotalMD is the primary tool your staff uses to collect your money. We don’t want your practice to be in a position where its cash flow is negatively impacted or even stops because of something impacting the software.
