Terms and Conditions
Eligibility. Both the referring customer (“Current Customer”) and the referred customer (“Referred Customer”) must meet the following eligibility requirements for both parties to receive rewards in the TotalMD Customer Referral Program (“Program”). Current Customer must (1) be a current TotalMD customer and (2) have a customer account in good standing, as determined by TotalMD in its sole discretion, to be eligible for rewards. Referred Customer must (1) sign up for a new TotalMD account within six months of the initial referral date, and (2) not share any active users with Current Customer to be eligible for rewards.

TotalMD reserves the right to verify and adjust rewards at any time and to modify, suspend, or cancel this referral program at any time without notice.
