Limitations
  • There are many HISPs available an our software is connected to only one which means our software can only connect to providers using that HISP or any other HISP that uses Direct Trust.
  • The cloud version works with any computer that can access the internet, however, the on-premise version software requires Windows 7, 8 or 10.
  • Any computer using the software should meet the following recommended system requirements:
    • Intel Core i5 3.00GHz+ or AMD Equivalent
    • 8+GB of RAM
    • 500GB Hard Drive or greater
    • Standard Monitor with at least a 1920×1080 resolution
    • Wired 1 Gb/s Network Connection
Types of Pricing
  • Software – The software can be owned by purchasing the software with an upfront fee which will require periodic upgrade purchases as well. Alternatively, you can pay a monthly service charge (with a small upfront setup fee) which gives you access to the software as well as all upgrades, and it includes technical support services as well.
  • Support – Support plans can be purchased on a monthly basis or 12 months at a time. If someone is paying for the monthly software plan their pricing includes support so they would not pay anything additional for it.
  • Portal – The portal can either be paid for on a monthly basis or 12 months at a time. There is a small setup fee for the monthly option.
  • e-Prescribing – The e-prescribing can either be paid for on a monthly basis or 12 months at a time. There is a small setup fee for the monthly option.
  • Training ­– Training is purchased by the hour on an as needed basis.
  • Custom Template Creation – If a customer would like us to build custom templates for them we can provide that service based on an hourly rate.
