Whether you are new to TotalMD or have been using the software for years, let our trainer take your office to the next level.  We offer both online and onsite training which can be custom tailored to fit your office’s unique training needs:

Online Training ($99/hour)

With our online training tools, we will remote into your computer and guide you and your team through setting up and learning any part of the software. It’s as if our trainer were sitting right next to you.

On-site Training (Call for Pricing)

For various reasons, you may prefer to be trained at your facility – not a problem. With a little bit a notice, we can make arrangements to train your team, in your office, with your equipment.

Training Topics

Initial Set-Up:
Learn the basic set up for TotalMD.

Patient Information:
Creating patient accounts, referring providers/patients, medical alerts, emergency contact information, patient notes, scanning insurance and ID cards.

Insurance & Ledger:
Entering insurance information, attaching to a patient, fee schedules, creating and sending electronic and printed claims, insurance payment/adjustment posting & creating pre-auth requests.

Appointment Book:
Patient scheduling, scheduling prospective patients, appointment status changes, template schedules, daily/weekly/monthly schedules and revenue at a glance, managing scheduling resources and electronic appointment and recall reminders.

Reports:
Learn how to print statements, print reports, customize your home page for your reporting preferences, patient/insurance/AR aging reports  & verify end of day data.
